FLIGHTS
Book your flight into San Fransisco (SFO), Oakland (OAK) , Sonoma County (STS) or Sacramento (SMF) Airports!
SFO, OAK, and SMF, travel time is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes by car.
STS travel time is approximately 35 minutes.
Car services and cabs are available to the Napa Valley from recommended airports.

For your comfort and convenience, we have arranged room blocks at the following hotels. Please be sure to book your accommodations no later than August 21st to ensure availability and the best rates. October is peak harvest season in the Valley and hotels book quickly. We encourage our guests to book early! QUESTIONS
WILL WE BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
The ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner will be outside. The evenings can be cool. Ladies, we recommend a light jacket or shawl. After dinner reception and dancing will be indoors.
WILL THERE BE A ROOM BLOCK?

DO I NEED TO RENT A CAR?
If you plan to extend your stay and explore the Napa Valley, it is best to do so by car. Rental cars are available from SFO, OAK, STS and SMF airports.
If you are planning on coming in for our wedding only, shuttle service will be provided from UpValley Inn & Hot Springs and Calistoga Spa Hot Springs on wedding day for the duration of the event.
Once you have made it to the lovely downtown Calistoga area, most restaurants and activities are walkable.
Ride share services are available, but please note that wait times can vary depending on the time of day.
WILL THERE BE A SHUTTLE PROVIDED?
Yes! We have arranged for wedding day shuttle service for those staying off-site. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so we can stay on schedule. Shuttle details are provided below:

Return Shuttles: Will be available from Four Seasons beginning at 10pm and run until the conclusion of the event at 12am

For the Welcome Party, we recommend using a ride share service like Uber or Lyft. There will be limited parking available in the self parking lot at Four Seasons. You may also opt to valet at the main entrance on the upper level.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Due to venue restrictions, we kindly ask that only those named on the formal invitations attend our wedding. We appreciate your understanding!
ARE CHILDREN INVITED?
We’d love to include your little ones, but due to venue restrictions, we can only accommodate children if it has been noted on the formal invitation. Thank you for your understanding!
WILL THERE BE PARKING OPTIONS AVAILABLE ON-SITE AT FOUR SEASONS?
While there is a self parking area at Four Seasons, it is limited and works on a first come first serve basis. We encourage our off-site guests to use the provided shuttle service for the wedding to ensure a timely arrival for the ceremony.
There is also valet parking available at the main entrance of Four Seasons on the upper level.
Please note, ride share services are limited in the area and wait times can vary depending on the time of day.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?
We ask that you be fully present and turn off your cellphones during the ceremony.
WHAT TIME DOES THE CEREMONY START?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm on the Vineyard Lawn at Four Seasons, Napa Valley. We invite our guests to join us for refreshments starting at 4:00pm. We can't wait to see you there!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
The Welcome Party on Friday will be Cocktail Attire. Ladies should opt for cocktail dresses or pantsuits while gentlemen should be in slacks with a button down shirt and sport coat.
The Wedding is Black-Tie Optional. Ladies should opt for floor length gowns, dressy dresses, or fancy pantsuits while gentlemen should consider a tux or dark colored formal suit and tie.
Temperatures in Calistoga during the month of October can range from 80°F during the day to 50°F at night. Evenings can be chilly and events are mostly outdoors. Ladies should bring a jacket or shawl.
DO YOU HAVE A REGISTRY?
Your presence at our celebration is the absolute greatest gift we could ask for! We kindly request no gifts. For those inclined, you are welcome to bring a card with a nice message for our card box.
